A series of automated processes for raw grains
Grain production line
A grain production line is an automated process for processing raw grains and converting them into food products (such as breakfast cereals, cereal bars, puffed corn, flour) or pharmaceutical products (tablets, capsules). It includes integrated stages such as cleaning, mixing, cooking (using puffing or pressing techniques), shaping, drying, cooling, cutting, and finally packaging, with the possibility of customization for large-scale or pilot production.
High productivity and efficiency, and it is a solution to combat malnutrition.
Rice production line
Rice production lines, whether traditional or artificial, go through basic stages including harvesting and processing (milling/extruding), then drying and packaging; but artificial (enriched) rice lines are more advanced, relying on extrusion technology to combine raw materials (such as grain flour) and fortify them with vitamins and minerals to produce nutritious rice. They consist of a mixer, extruder, forming molds, dryer, and cooler, and provide high productivity and efficiency, and are a solution to combat malnutrition.
